My name is Roger Esteves, and I am very happy that you are browsing through our website and reading these words. For some reason you decided to take some time to look at our church website. Maybe a friend told you to look for us online, or you were simply searching for a church. Regardless of the reason that brings you here, please let me spend a few moments with you explaining to you what, here at Son Valley Fellowship, we are all about and what is it that makes us different from the other denominations.

You know, I believe that a church, whatever denomination is, should be and follow 100% what the bible says. Certainly you understand that only a perfect being is able to follow the Bible 100%. Well, we are not perfect. We have our faults, challenges and difficulties. We are sinners in need of a Saviour: Jesus Christ. BUT WE TRY! Every day, we try to know Jesus Christ a little bit more, and in order for us to know that, we need to use the Bible as our main reference. This is why all our teachings have the Bible as its main source, and no other book or author would be place first instead of the Bible.

We also believe that we should follow Christ’s example. Jesus said that He came to this earth to serve. He served the people from His time because he loved them. No matter their social status, their race, their gender, or even the language they spoke, Jesus always took time to be with them and to show them love. We follow this principle as close as possible. To us, it doesn’t matter if you are rich or poor, educated or uneducated, if you dress well or not. It doesn’t matter what sins you may have committed and what battles you are fighting. With us you will find a group of Christian believers that share similar problems, battles and strougles. But you will also find that we also share love and support for each other.

Finally, let me tell you that at our church, you will be in a strees free environment. We don’t fight with each other, we love each other. We don’t do politics, we support each other. You will see that despite our commoun problems, the time we spend in our church is to worship and praise our Creator and Saviour, to organize events and programs that will minister to the community, and to fellowship with each other. We try to stay busy with what God asks us to do: to “Love your God with all your heart, and to love your neighbur as to yourself.” Because we follow this principle, we don’t really have time left to get stressed with other issues.

So in conclusion, I challenge you to come and visit with us. You will find the information to our worship service time and location in this website. Come and see for yourself what we have to offer to you, and why we believe that you should worship with us.
